Won't lift up after sitting all summer in the up position. I let it down and took the boat out with no problems but when I returned it wouldn't lift back up. Suspect stretched cable so I'll get a new one but not sure how to re-install. Should motor be raised fully with cylinder extended or cylinder compressed and motor down when installing the pins? Also, can the trim cylinder be refilled if leaking and what is the set screw on the lower left for?
 
was looking over previous posts and saw where it said not to move the slide when disconnected or it would "lose pressure". Mine had much corrosion so I had to move it to clean and free it up. Anyone know if the pressure can be returned to spec and what effect will the loss produce?
