I am looking for some help on a problem . my father in law has a 94-95 chaparral sl180 4.3 inboard outboard out of the water it runs perfect revs up runs forever in the water you put it in gear take off after a few it bogs out and shuts off starts right back up take off same thing any ideas out there thank you for looking
