318 Valve stem seals

I just replaced the valve stem seals in one of my 318s on the boat. When I opened up the engine to replace them I noticed the old valve stem seals had spring keepers on them. The number on the old seals is AKR 239 BAF. I replaced them with Fel-Pro SS 70014 seals.
I can't help wondering if the seals I just put in are of less quality than those that I removed?
Does anyone here know what the original seals
AKR 239 BAF
were, and if they are still available?
Are the Fel-Pro seals as good?

You changed the seals due to oil burning?
I would think if the valve guides are in spec, the umbrella seals should be just fine.
I believe those are aftermarket Perfect Circle brand valve stem seals BTW.

Yes the blue smoke was present and caused by what I think may have been a hot engine. The motor temperature gage did not see the increase because it is closed loop, but the motor exhaust got hot due to an impeller failure of the raw water pump which may have caused the valve stem demise. The umbrella seals are on the exhaust but the intake seals with the spring keeper were on the intake valves. Thanks for the info on the perfect circle seals. I'll look into them. The engine is running like a dream for now at least.
