I have a 2003 Johnson 150 HP. Today we went out fishing, ran at 3000 rpm for about 30 minutes. When we were heading back in, it started acting like it developed a miss and it started vibrating and shortly after that the hot light lite up. After 5 minutes of idling, the hot lite went out, but could not accurate above 2500. I have been thru the carburetors and the cooling system.
The engine mod is J150plstm. I have been looking at the power pack and the coil packs.
Is there anything sleazy I need to look at ?
