I tried just a tune up

I did a tune up on my 2005 Mercury 175 opimax, new plugs, wire fuel filter and ever since it has not run right no power spitting and spuddering and no power, what could be wrong?
 
About 30 years ago I did a tune up on a Mercury 90hp

Engine then would not even start, Put the old plugs back in and it started right up.

4 new bad plugs ?????

Did it run OK before your tune up? If it did, then the last changes are suspect; can you go back up the chain putting back the old items one by one? What the fellas above said.
