Lay-up Oil Change -- Required on few hours?

Quick question on the end of season oil change -- season was a bust and my 2004 crusader 8.1s have less than 5 hours on them, is a full oil/filter change necessary or is the oil clean enough to sit for the winter? Or put another way, have enough contaminants entered the oil that I should change it anyway, or is 18-month old oil next season a bad idea anyway?
 
Its always good practice to change the oil & filter before winter layup.....that said, I think you'll be ok without it on only 5 hours....don't forget to stabilize the fuel and purge the raw water side of the cooling system....
