1956 30 hp johnson....Lower unit oil leak

It's leaking a very small amount of oil either through the shaft bearing, or the seal around the bearing, i have the prop off it right now, and if i wipe dry the area surrounding the bearing, it might acumulate like 2 drops worth of oil in a 2-3 day span of time. My question is, should i be concerned, or just run it, and keep an eye on the oil level??
 
That small amount..... I'd keep my eye on it. However, if after a bit of use, water or milky looking lube exists... then I'd say it's time to change whatever it needs.
