Issues with number 2 cylinder carb. So the issue is that I can take the plug wire off of the number 2 cylinder and there is no change in RPMs. I have changed the plugs and verified that there is a spark to the plug. I have pulled the carb apart twice now and see no issues. All passages appear to be open. The engine runs fine but hesitate when I push the throttle. I can spray carb cleaner in the front of the carb and the engine will throttle up. Also there is fuel in the carb, as you can open the drain plug and fuel will come out.
Not sure what to check.
