1975 70hp controller cable remove replace

Hi, replacing control cables in 1975 Johnson single lever controller. How are internal thread cable fasteners inside controller removed replaced...thanks

Same both ends except control end has allen head setscrews. Insert wire into control end casing guide till even with end of the guide.
