I have searched high and low, and I simply cannot find particular torque specs for my AQ225D.
I've downloaded the shop manuals from Volvo, but they only contain outdrive torque specs. I have the Seloc manual as well, but it only has some of the most rudimentary torque specs for a few select things.
So, do I just use the same general torque specs for 1984 GM 305/5.0 and or mercruiser 305/5.0 SBC's and just use their specs? Or, are Volvo engines entirely different from other SBC's far as torque specs and etc are concerned?
If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be rather grateful.
Note: Thanks to this forum, and especially Rick for his in depth help, I gave successfully took outdrive off, pulled my engine, changed out timing gears and chain (it was stretched rather heavy), put all new gaskets on engine, and even changed out the PDS bearings and seals... So, thank you guys so much for the help, it is sincerely appreciated.
