2 drive shaft broken in the same place

i have a 1999 40 hp force and this year i had to put 2 drive shaft an they have broken at the same place (under the water pump ) ????? why ????
 
Perhaps the exhaust housing is bent.----That misaligns the lower unit and the crankshaft.-----The driveshaft flexes too much and often goes "boom "
