I have a 2010 Merc 115 four stroke outboard. It starts fine. When it is warmed up, it dies. It's on a houseboat. I have have a fuel pump to pump fuel from a toy tank. If I "push" fuel to the motor with this pump, it is fine. It runs great and never dies. I have checked the filter. It is clear. It sounds like the fuel pump to me. Anything else I should check? Is this a project a person who works on motors can tackle? Can I do it on the water?
Thanks,
Dave
