1974 115 horsepower Johnson model 115ESL74 . QUICK SILVER HIGH PERFORMANCE GEAR LUBE SAE 90?

Hi guys and gals. I am new to this form and new to boating I picked up a bass ranger boat it has a 1 1/5 HP Johnson on it and my manual calls for oil that I absolutely cannot find anywhere I've read a bunch about hpf Pro oil being great for it but I can't find it anywhere in town NAPA Auto parts down the street from my house sells Quicksilver high performance gear lube SAE 90 I'm wondering if this would be okay for my boat if any of you guys have experience your knowledge of this it would surely be appreciated? thank you in advance
