Motor is a 2005 90hp 4 stroke, model# 1-F90412DD.
Little bit of backround on the Motor and theissues. Just aquried the boat, motor started running rough (misfiring/sputtering)at low RPM few outing later the voltage regulator burnt up.
Just replaced the Voltage Regulator with anaftermarket model and I have a feeling like it is still not working properly. Engineis still running rough, and the voltmeter on the cluster shows charging at over15v while at 2000RPM.Checked the volatage at the battery and seems tobe a consistant 14.2v
