Starting problem Johnson 60 VRO 1990

Hi, just bought an old Johnson 60 VRO (Rebuilt to run on oilmixed fuel) from 1990. Unfortunately without a manual (but it seems always missing on older things). Got it up and running and went out with the boat 2 times. Yesterday the battery ran out after a few minutes of startup attempts. Has poor control of how it works with the key / shock / hand gas during startup.

Question 1: What is the correct point in point form for starting this type of engine? (Yes, amateur needs this info ...)

Question 2: Is it normal for the battery to go out of power after a few minutes of start-up (You hear it tries to run propeller hardly/slow but trim/tilt and lanternas works fine)?

Hook up fuel line.----Operate bulb on hose to move fuel into the carburetors.---Bulb MUST go hard.----- Raise fast idle lever.-----Push key in while cranking over the motor.-----Push key in after motor starts as needed till motor warms up.-------Might be a good idea to take starter apart for inspection.-----And have your battery load tested.

Thanks, found the problem now.
Only air to the engine, no fuel...
There was a crack on the hose connection to the fueltank.
Changed it and now it works fine! :)
