I replaced the cables just fine then opened the rest of the box to see if it needed lubed. Two parts fell out, I was able to refit the round piece which indicates neutral to the switch but have been unable to determine where/how the 'spacer' shown in the picture fits in. Anyway I put it all together and have not been able to start the motor as before. I have measured and have proper power in all the right places up to the controller. I wounder if someone can help me with this spacer issue? PLEASE.
