    Default Water hose adapter

Just bought a 77 Webbcraft 20ft. Trying to find and figure out what adapter I need and how to hook up a hose so we can try and start it. It has an OMC 235 motor in it. Anyone know where and how to hook up one of these adapters?

Ayuh,..... He's got an old Stringer drive,..... That won't work,.....

They used a hose adapter mounted to the upper, at or near the tilt pins,....

How would I hook up a hose to it since I can't use muffs on it? Would anyone happen to have a pic or a diagram? Can I put a hose directly on the water inlet on the water pump?

With the flushing kit can I leave it on when we run the boat or do I have to take it off and install it only when we are needing to run it not in the lake?

Yes, it can be left on. It takes the place of the starboard side trunion cap. There is a cap that screws on, much like a cap for an outside water faucet at your home.
