BF 130 sat for 8 months now will not run

The motor has set for 8 months now floods cyl. with fuel and will not start. cleaned tank, fuel lines, filters, vst still floods cylinders and not start. Please help
 
You mention fuel but not spark. Have you pulled a plug and checked to make sure you are getting spark from the plugs?
