2011 Verado 200 4 stroke GUARDIAN MODE HELP******

I am in need of some assistance. My 2011 Verado did a continuous "BBEEEEEEEEEEEP" on start up. After getting to the dock we shut the motor off to check a few things. I noticed oil was drastically low. I did not have any so I tried to start it and get back to ramp but it would not start. I got it home and added oil, cleaned the inline fuel filter (since I had water in fuel codes before) and the system did not reset itself. I don't have the smartcraft model and the marina is 2 weeks out for scheduling service. Any pointers on what to check or how to reset? Does the guardian mode prevent future start ups? Any help is appreciated.

Guardian mode should reset after ignition is turned off . Unless there is a serious problem the the ecm is detecting before start up ( ie a shorted coil)
