Fuel Hose Fitting leaks gas when I squeeze bulb

I have a 99 Yamaha 70hp outboard. I noticed when I squeeze the primer bulb, gas leaks from the fuel hose fitting that connects to the engine. It seems to be flush and clicking into place, but obviously there is an issue with the seal. Has anyone else had this problem? Does just the fitting need replacing? Is there potentially an issue on the female end? Some gas is getting into the engine, because it will start and run fine until the gas that was squeezed in burns off.

Male and female might need replacing....you won't know until you replace either or. Wouldn't run engine until you've fixed tho...fuel leaks are nothing to chance.
