Hello, I have a 2012 Suzuki 25 HP v twin outboard 4 stroke engine. Last friday while out crabbing the red light came on and it immediately put me in idle mode. It wouldn't let me throttle any faster without it shaking badly. I replaced the water pump, thinking it was overheating. But now as soon as I start the engine the red light is on and it still won't go past idling. Can someone please help me? I have searched for days! Is it the oil pressure? Thermostat? I felt it was too soon for either of those...but I need help. Thank you!
