1982 Johnson 35 Hp cutting out on the water at full throttle. New cooling system, engine running cool verified with it temp reader. Good, even compression. She starts, idles and runs smooth. In full throttle at around 30 mph on a 13 foot whaler it runs strong but every 5-10 seconds it cuts out and picks back up. There is no sputtering or warning just sudden cut out for a second or less.
