1989 150hp foot cracked

Evinrude-I know I need to weld the foot, bearings, seals, what else? I know water has gotten in there. Hadn’t been greased and just bought it.

???----Well----Any pictures of the damage ?-----If it was run with water as the primary lubricant this could be BIG $ repair.
