2008 Yamaha 90hp 4 stroke

Hey guys.. considering buying a 2008 16' Polar Kraft boat with a 2008 Yamaha 90. The seller is 83 years old, original owner. Boat and motor in excellent condition and very few hours on them. He says 39. He also said he never changed any fluid in the motor because he barely used it. He stored the boat and motor under a carport until November of last year.. after that under a tarp. He said hasn't used it at all in a few years. Said he put it up for sale 2 weeks ago and started it out of the water just to see how it started... Which he said was fine. He said he shut it right down. Not and motor look excellent. Motor looks brand new. I just don't like the lack of use or fluid change in 10 years. Should I look the other way? Thanks.
