I have a 1982 Johnson 115hp V4 2 stroke. It starts a little hard but after that it runs great. My problem is a little different. After I have run it a bit and shut it down, and fished awhile, it won't restart. I don't mean that it turns over without starting. I turn the key and there is nothing. No response at all from the engine. Not a click or anything. Battery is new and I have made sure the connections are good. It started happening last year intermittently and I could sometimes move the throttle and it would start. Now it happens every time and nothing I do works short of waiting a few hours. I would appreciate any help you can give.
