Hello, all,
I have a 2000 Honda BF40 that I recently bought with 235 hours on the LED tach (analog dial RMP meter and digital hour gauge).
I ran the engine twice, once for 3 hours on a cruise and another time for 2 hours. All was well.
Today, when starting up the engine, I notice that the digital hours display is flashing "broken" digits. Not all "8s" or anything, just about 3 or 4 "arms" per digit, and blinking. No icons or anything.
Thoughts on this? I had read in another thread that it may be a resistor problem, but I recall that was for 2002 and newer Hondas.
Thanks!
