Timing chain and tensioner for Mercury 470R

I am looking to purchase a timing chain 68717A1 and tensioner 75202 for a 1985 470 Mercury
Does anyone know where I can find these parts as all inquiries I have made so far have come up with no longer available
Some one suggested that a big block ford set up will work but I am not able to confirm this or cross reference part numbers
Also would the gears need to be changed when performing this job and what am I looking for labour hours if I choose to farm it out
Thanks any info or leads would be appreciated

This engine was only made several years and was very troublesome. Parts have been discontinued and only A few NOS remain. The dealer network shows one in Guatemala if you want to pay shipping....

That is not an outboard motor. Isn't this a mercruiser set-up should ask the mod to move this to that forum.
