boat starts and idles fine....put throttle down and it will go to 10-11mph and stays there......keep it there for 2 minutes or longer than it will gradually climb in rpm's and eventually make it to W.O.T..... is one of the fuel pumps failing? they both looked new to me when I examined them..... is it fuel pressure regulator? timing belt? I've replaced plugs, fuel filter and drained fuel and put in rec fuel ( thought water in gas) last mechanic said he cleaned and synced carbs but not sure he did need some suggestions please......been a head scratcher for me
