volvo penta 4.3 engine.

I have a vibration in the floor of my boat . I bought it used , it's a Wellcraft 20 ft. with a 4.3 Volvo Penta GM motor . I checked a few things and found that the front cylinder on the right side has 0 compression . all others are at 150 or better. i removed the valve cover and the valve tappets are working properly. the piston is moving up and down also. No real signs of a blown head gasket from looking around the outside. Any thoughts?
 
Loosen the rocker arms on that cylinder and pump air in the spark plug hole. keep your hands away from the front of the engine when you apply the air.

Listen for the leaking air, It will be leaking from the crank case, the carb or the exhaust. even possibly the water jacket.
