Our 9.9 decided to bog down in trolling mode.. so thinking it's a carb issue.. but no one here wants to touch it.. or is interested in buying as they all say Chryslers are a boat anchor.
Right now wanting to buy a new engine with electric start so not considering repair. The boat shop says the Chrysler is worthless for trade-in.
So thinking the only thing to do is part out and sell parts online and large chunks to the scrap.
We've seen heavy sections being sold on ebay, but can't figure out any way we can pack and ship... but smaller / lighter parts yes.
Is there anything of a market for used parts from an old '68 Chrysler? The prop is chewed up.. but the cowl is in tact ( worn ).. and we can pull out the guts in pieces as well.
