2006 yamaha 200 with a strange noise

Picked up a Blazer Bay with a 200 yamaha that seemed to run well except for a low speed miss, and low water pressure. Had a tech replace the impeller and put a set of plugs in it. Runs fine but at low idle in gear, it now has a odd clunking almost like loose gears type sound at low speed. Anybody have an idea what this could be?
 
Reply w/model for more accurate suggestions. Until then dunno if this motor is 2/4 stroke, regarding idle. Clunking is never good no matter the model. Where are you hearing this and when, in gear or idle? Fine details matter
 
2006 200hp HPDI. 2 stroke, at low idle in gear. Sounds like its coming from the transmission area. Could it be the drive shaft bushing about half way down the center unit? Didn't start until tech pulled lower unit to replace impeller.
