aq130 230a sp cd trim - does not like to restart when warm

I have a 1992 1700 Glastron with a volvo penta 230a or aq130. just bought this year. It will start after a couple tries when the engine is cold. It does not like to restart when the engine is warm. It runs well. I let it idle a few minutes before turning off. some times it will restart easily but other times I have to wait about 20-30 minutes before it will restart. Any suggestions? Thanks

Unfortunately the only option for that is either the Pertronix kit, or a very expensive complete system.
I would not wish the Pertronix kit on anyone!

Set the new contact points using a dwell meter as per OEM specs, and adjust ignition advance as per OEM specs.
