Took the boat out for te first run of the summer ran great for 20 minutes and then died. Restarted and then I could not get above 1500 rpm. limped back to the dock. When I powered up with the outdrive disengaged I it would throttle up without hesitation and maintain high rpm 3000 to 4000 thousand rpm. any ideas as what might be happening would be greatly appreciated, I am thinking it might be a clogged filter on the bottom of the fuel pump. I put new fuel in before I took it out
