D4 Accutuator issues and Trim Question

Hello All!

I've recently purchased a Fishing Vessel in Alaska that has dual D4- 225a-d's. So far I'm loving them. You can tell they were very well made.

When I bought the boat, it came with a pile of old actuators and one spare. Last week I had to put the spare accutorator in because when I would shift the starboard engine from reverse idle-to-nutrual the engine would die and I was receiving "check actuator" messages.

They all still look pristine and operate properly when I cycle them. What in the actuator causes the message? Can I rebuild the 3 I have? Or $1000 door stops?

Also...

Does anyone have a schematic of the trim motors that typically come with these drives? I have a trim motor that will not respond to the penta system commands. If I directly jump the motor leads, I can get it to move fine. Tried replacing the relays. No luck.

Thanks so much!
