Prop hit cement and wouldnt start afterwards

So I launched my boat into the water, and leaving the launch I didn't have the prop tilted high enough up and it hit the side of what is a cement ramp. Not very hard, not very fast. I then killed the motor and moved away from the area, to then realize it wouldn't start back up, and started to leak oil from the prop. Any ideas what It could be? The prop shaft seems to still be straight as can be
 
Would all of the above cause the boat not to start again, after the fact that it started just fine only minutes prior to hitting this thing?
