Steering issues still 2

OK, I have an easy glide stick steering system on my boat. After replacing the cable i still had stiff steering issues. Disconnected steering linkage and motor turns freely. Then proceeded to clean out steering tube which helped tremendously. Problem now is which is the same problem I had before, the motor turns more to the left then it does to the right. Question is how do I align the steering to balance out the turn radius?
 
Can you elaborate on adjust where stick is centered?


Old hardened grease appears to have been the problem. Lubed tube and shaft end of cable with marvel mystery oil.
