It is normal to noti

It is normal to notice some discharge in the water. Cooling water does mix with exhaust before it is discharged through the lower unit. If it seems excessive, you may be running too rich, or one cylinder may be misfiring.

If the oil seems to be coming from the prop shaft, you may have a bad prop shaft seal.
