04 Yamaha 300 hpdi’s!!!

Need help !! 04 twin 300’s hpdi stall’s when put into gear. I disconnected the Yamaha 60V-8259F-00-00 SWITCH ASSEMBLEY and they run flawless, so I thought maybe the switch went bad. I called my local Yamaha dealer and got two I replaced both this afternoon. Problem is still occurring after new switches installed. If I un plug them motors run fine! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced
 
you may be missing the 3rd switch my 300 has 3 switches 1 inside and 1 outside but also 1 on the bottom of the cable slide
took me a good 3 hrs to replace just 1 you have a lot of wireing to get outta the way
I haven not taken it out for a shakedown cruise yet so I dont know if my problem is fixed but the switch I replaced was bad
