carbs order

just started working on a 89 force 85 ,starts wont idle unless half throttle so was checking carbs,noticed numbering on carbs, do they need to be put back in the same order,or is it all the same?because #2 was on top.
 
The only difference in the top carb is the fuel inlet.
Top has an elbow and the other 2 has a T
The bottom carb has the linkage roller for the throttle pickup.
