Hi Folks!

I'm dealing with strange problem in my Suzuki DF 140. Everything looks good. Idle ok, starting ok. But when i open throttle lever or sudden accelerate on forward/backward gear, engine dies. I found somewhere that could ba IAS valve. I 've looked at it closer - cleaned out and generally nothing changed. Maybe one thing - earlier before IAS cleanup i have to put throttle lever little open to run the engine after stall. On normal throttle position it was very difficult to start again. Now i can easily restart died engine. Still there is a problem why it dies. Maybe the IAS needs to be replaced.

Please help me !!

I would check the CTP 1st check the resistance if it switches on and off as you open and close the butterfly in the throttle body. on HONDA its called a TPS and it work differently to the CTP .
