94 fast strike 150hp not starting

I have a 1994 Johnson fast strike 150hp. Twice in the past week I was out fishing. Off the trailer the motor starts fine. I went to my first spot and fished for about 40 minutes. I went to leave and the motor refuse to start. It cranked over fine but wouldn't start. I pumped the ball back up, tried
Ether, and everything else i could think of....I do have a small amount of gas leaking from the check valves at bottom of carbs....which i hear is normal and will be fixing when i get my rebuild kits in.

Any suggestions on what to try to fix the issue?

Are you using the primer when you start again? Essentially you have a 'cold' motor after setting for 40 minutes and it might need a primer shot to get started.

Yes. After it wouldn't start I pumped ball back up, used choke, and everything. I checked kill switch as well.
