I have a 06 75 hp. I had to rebuild the foot. The shear pin in the clutch dog broke and bust some teeth on the forward gear. I got it all back together but even though I have the throttle lever and the foot gear in neutral as soon as I bump the key the foot jumps to reverse while the throttle lever is in neutral. Any ideas cause I'm lost.
