2006 mercury 90hp 4 stroke EFI begins to stall at high rpm

I can run at high speed for a short time, troll for hours and then try to go at high speed again but the engine begins to stall. It runs fine at low rpms though. Any suggestions?
 
If you have a primer bulb. Try having someone squeeze the bulb while the problem exists. That will tell you if it's a fuel issue.

Great suggestion. I’m thinking that it may be the fuel pump or a clogged filter since it runs pretty well at low speed. Thanks!
