hi guys I'm wondering if can help
I have a 3hp Malta engine with the petrol tank on top
is it possible for me to connect a fuel tank with primer bulb to it so i dont have to keep filling it
i have done the modification but when I press to get the fuel through it comes out the air intake

It is possible that the primer ball is creating so much pressure that the float valve cannot seat and stop the flow of fuel. Don't pump so hard. You just want to fill up the carburetor float bowl. Only takes a couple of ounces, if that. Depending upon how long the motor sits between uses it might not be necessary to pump the primer ball.
