I drained the fluid as it appeared to be very dirty and the engines were new to me, as well as the boat. I followed the manual for refilling the fluid and it worked fine on the 1st motor. 2nd motor goes up great, but bounces as it goes down. In the water, it will pull itself out of the water in reverse. I have drained and refilled/bled the system 4 times and the result never changes.
Where should I look as far as repair? As old as it is, I don't mind replacing o-rings, etc., but don't just want to throw money at it.
