My bores are filling up with fuel.I have just fitted a new fuel pump,
The new pump part number is-438559
The old pump number was-438555.
I believe the new pump is a heavy duty model.
If I remove the spark plugs, fuel is filling the bore and running out.
Of course the engine won't pull over with the bores full of fuel.
I changed the pump because the motor was running erratic previously.
anyone got an ideas?

I believe you have a manual primer. If you do pinch the line off from the float bowl and see if it runs better. And is the restrictor elbow on the outlet of the fuel pump. Is the float bowl height set correctly.

Hello thanks for your interest,
I have crossed the vacuum pipe and the fuel pipe to the carb over by mistake.
