Speedometer tube connector

Sorry for the stupid question I know this has to be a simple fix but I’m new and having issues. I broke the connector to my speedometer tube where it hooks to the lower unit. It is a Mercruiser Alpha One serial# 0F679154 attached to a 1996 Crownline. I can not figure out what new part exactly to order or how to get this old part removed. I know it has to disconnect easily for separation of the lower unit during maintenance but I can not get anything to move or come apart and have worked at it for a while. I will try to attach pics but so far can not get them to attach, thank you for any help anyone has.

Can you back up and get a better focused picture payin attention a inch below the top?

Hard to tell what all that is...
Also take a pic of the other part attached to the tubing.

If i remember there was a year or two, maybe more they used a real cheesy set up...

Thank you for the help. The part you sent me looks very close the only difference is I don’t have any visible piece in the tube end itself. Even with that it looks like I need to separate the unit to make this repair? Like I said I am no mechanic at all I just assumed there was a way to connect and disconnect this tube prior to separation because it appears to be attached to the lower unit? Sorry for the poor pics it is hard to get my camera in at that angel.

Looking at the part you suggested again I believe that is what I need. I think I’m just missing the female piece attached to the hose barb that goes on the male end left below my shift shaft.
