Hi Guys, first time poster. After winter storage I have just serviced my old DT4 but find the steering is a bit stiff. Greased the nipples etc better but still a but tight. Looked on Brownspoint for diagrams etc and inspiration before full steering strip. Does anyone know what the winged bolt and spring does on the Swivel bracket? Is this related to my problem?
