You can try JB Weld. Widen the crack a bit with an angle grinder, clean it out & fill with JB. Let it sit overnight. Might work, might not. If not, time for a long block as that one is scrap. How's the manifolds, they cracked also? If so, he's screwed if it's a King Cobra.
