keep bolwing 20amp fuse to fuel pump

could also be due to a bad relay....or a significant restriction (filter clogged) as well as the pump itself.

Given the costs of some of the fuel pumps used, it is usually more cost effective to accurately diagnose the issue first....
 
what about the suction side? anti-syphon valve, crud in the tank covering the screen in the pickup tube.....a vacuum gauge at the pump inlet with let you know...
